Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Order Tracking: A confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent once your order ships.

Store Policy: Final Sales & Credit

All Sales Are Non-Refundable: We do not offer cash or original payment refunds. All eligible returns are issued strictly as store credit or processed as an exchange.

Eligibility: Exchanges and store credit requests are accepted within 30 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Process an Exchange or Store Credit

Initiate Contact: Email our customer service team at banyaga@banyagaofficial.com with your order number and the reason for your exchange.

Receive Authorization: You will receive a return authorization and specific instructions on where to mail your item.

Store Credit Processing: Once your returned item is received and inspected, store credit will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Ordering a New Size: To secure your preferred size or color immediately, you may return the original item for store credit and place a new order at your convenience.
